Library tour – School and group visits to the Library


Book your classes now for guided tours, story times, and Library orientation sessions with Library staff. Your students may apply for Library cards, borrow books, listen to book talks and stories, develop their research skills, and learn how to use the Library’s computer catalogue. We look forward to sharing the Library with you and your class!

Our Community Engagement team offers online outreach programs to schools and community groups that include story times, book talks, themed presentations, and more to support your focus on literacy, learning, and leisure. Visiting Library Services


Our Visiting Library Services deliver Library materials to customers in their homes or long-term care centre/retirement residences who have no other access to the Library. You let us know what you like to read or listen to and we will put together a different selection each month. Family members or friends designated by you can pick up and return your books too.
