At the end of September, millions of people join the national celebration of arts and culture and attend thousands of free participatory events across the country. Participate in one of our many events to celebrate Culture Days!

Culture Days Patio Story Time

Let’s kick off Culture Days in person! Join us on our Children’s patio for singing, dancing, stories and an art activity for the whole family. The program will comply with COVID-19 regulations. Family program.

Paint Afternoon
Online / Wed / Oct 6 / 2-3:30 pm

A little painting and a lot of fun! Let us guide you step-by-step to create a beautiful painting. Supplies needed: red, blue, yellow, black, white, and brown acrylic paint; small, medium, and large paintbrushes; something to paint on like canvas, paper, or wood.

Culture Chats @ Lunch

Infuse some culture into your lunch! Join one of Oshawa’s cultural organizations every Friday at 12 pm for a fun, accessible series of talks and programs intended to support connection and well-being. To participate, visit events/culture-chats-at-lunch/. Keep an eye out for added sessions! Presented in collaboration with the Ontario Regiment RCAC Museum, Oshawa Museum, Oshawa Public Libraries, the Canadian Automotive Museum, and Parkwood National Historic Site.
