Oshawa Public Libraries Presents Best-Selling Author Jennifer Robson March 11th, 2021

Oshawa Public Libraries welcomes ever-popular past OPL Writer-in-Residence, and international best-selling author of historical fiction, Jennifer Robson, on Wednesday, March 24, at 2:00 p.m. "live" on the Oshawa Public Libraries Zoom platform. At this thought-provoking author event, our history spotlight will shine on Jennifer Robson as she discusses her newest release, Our Darkest Night.  A Q&A session will follow.

Oshawa Public Libraries Launches Virtual Tax Clinic February 23rd, 2021

Oshawa Public Libraries is pleased to introduce a virtual version of their popular tax preparation clinic this year in partnership with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program and the Canada Revenue Agency.  In March and April, eligible individuals with a modest income and simple tax situation may arrange to have their 2020 taxes prepared by a CVITP approved volunteer, free of charge through the Library. 

Oshawa Public Libraries to Begin Re-Opening Select Branches March 1. February 19th, 2021

Starting March 1, Oshawa Public Libraries will begin re-opening select branches with limited hours to include in-person visits for browsing library collections, computer appointments and printing services, staff assistance, and Library Take-Out (curbside pick-up).
